This event was initially going to be a social event only but we have decided to to have add abbreviated versions of Ken’s Boom Right Masterclass and our Panel Discussion on Production Sound. We have added 30 more RSVP spots to the event. The first 50 people that arrive will be able to find seats but the rest will be standing so please be prepared for that. We are so excited to meet, teach and learn from the Milano sound community. See you soon.

K-Tek, the creators of fine Boompoles , Sound Bags, Microphone Shockmounts & Fuzzy Windscreens, along with their fabulous dealer Soundfish and help from Associazione Italiana Tecnici del Suono (AITS), Gotham Sound and the LA Sound Mixers would like to invite you to a special production sound event in Milan with veteran boom operators Ken Strain, Kevin Cerchiai, William Munroe and Patrushkha Mierzwa as well as Production Sound Mixers, Chris Howland CAS, Don Hale CAS, and Oscar Winning Production Mixer, Mark Ulano CAS.

We will have some drinks and light food while we socialize in a relaxed atmosphere. All in the interest of sharing the ideas of our craft and learning from our fellow production sound people around the world.

There will be a short presentation from professore Ken Strain and a short panel discussion and Q&A moderated by Chris Howland CAS.

You will also get a chance to check out some new products from K-Tek including the new Stingray Backpack.
