GoPro & iPhone get more reach with K-Tek Tadpoles at NAB booth C8325

April 12, 2012 – K-Tek has responded to the ergonomic challenges of the new, tiny form factor cameras like the GoPro and the iPhone with a wide range of production tools designed specifically for these ultra-small and popular cameras. Whether the challenge is extending the camera by an arm’s length or by several feet, K-Tek has a professional solution.

K-Tek Tadpoles feature a tilting Ball & Socket head for precise positioning and creative shooting. Extendable Tadpoles allow the camera to get closer to the action, up and over crowds, one-handed and with steadier movement. Made from the same quality materials as their award winning boompoles, but in a miniature form, they pack up really small and can extend up to 6’7”. They are available in 4 models: 7.5”, 2’, 3’, and 6’7.”

The new Mini-Tadpole features a mini-ball head and a ¼ x 20 female thread on the base. Made for compactness, the fixed length, 7-1/2” Mini-Tadpole is ideal for the iPhone when paired with the new K-Tek Tripod Mount Case.

K-Tek’s new small camera handgrip is a practical and inexpensive way to hold a small camera. It features a fixed ¼ x 20 thread on top of a foam-covered graphite tube. K-Tek’s Norbert Sport Junior is ideal for the 3D GoPro, GoPro or iPhone. It includes 2 foam-covered side graphite handles and a frame for environments where a solid grip on the camera is essential. Norbert Sport Junior and the small camera handgrip (KCAMH) also work with the new K-Tek Tripod Mount iPhone Case that features two, threaded ¼ x 20 aluminum holes.
